2. Capable of customizing design and manufacture of nonstandard products regarding your requirements.
3. Able to train operators in different ways, and award certificates for the qualified.
Two. On-sales Service
1. Sales engineers will investigate construction fields with users to recommend the most suitable products.
2. We shall precheck the products before selling it to the customers.
Three. After-sales Service
1. Give free guidance on installation and debugging on the spot when products leave the factory.
2. Offer equipment check, maintenance, management of equipment and training of operators and so on, and carry on 24h after-sales technical tracking service and 24h consultation, andthe engineers of after-sales service are ready to serve customers around the clock.
3. After-sales service center will give reply for calls and letters from customers within 2h, and the engineers of after-sales service will give customer treatment methods on the spot or by phone in 4h after receiving the notice.
4. Head office will make a client review in one week after customers received service, and provide effective guarantee for customers in the whole process.
Four. Parts Service
1. If there are parts in storehouse of local office, we will offer it in 4h for users in downtown, and in 24h for customers in the province at most.
2. If there is no part in storehouse of local office, we will offer it in 48h at most.
3. If there is no part neither in storehouse of local office nor the company, we will offer self-made component in one week, and purchase parts at home in two weeks, but the imported parts should depend on actual condition.
